Shopping Cart Information Most problems with our shopping cart are due to Microsoft having the default security settings in Internet Explorer set too high for our website. Our shopping cart is a modified version of a freeware "Client Side" shopping cart that gathers a list of items you've added to the cart and ultimately sends them over to PayPal for processing. It uses both cookies and JavaScript - two things Microsoft has put on the "bad things list" that can possibly infect your computer with both viruses and spy ware. Our shopping cart and our website are both free of viruses and spy ware - our goal is to sell you stuff - not mess with your computer! There are a couple of things that you can do to fix this. The easiest is to switch to another web browser. We recommend Mozilla Firefox: http://www.firefox.com. You can download this browser for free and we haven't heard of anyone having problems using our cart with this browser. If you wish to continue using Internet Explorer we recommend adding our website: http://www.digitalheroes.com to your "Trusted Sites" list. This can be accomplished by choosing internet options under the tools menu. Click first on the security tab and then on Trusted Sites. Then click on the sites button and add our website to the list. Lastly, you must uncheck the "require server verification" check box. Microsoft will give you a warning, but you must go ahead and ignore it to get this to work. If all else fails you are welcome to give us a call and place your order over the phone or through email.
